• Fundraising events at venues rarely open to the public eg an open garden of special interest

In sending information about an event, please check the criteria above first. Please provide all details of location, the host, cost, website event link if appropriate, and a good quality image . For an event image  landscape image ideally proportions 16:9 is required.

Sorry but we are unable to include regular monthly meetings of societies and clubs, or events that promote a single business or product.

We list regular Entertainment venues under our What’s On page  from where users can find links to their respective events.

We may however on occasion include events from those venues if of additional/ unusual interest or outside of their usual remit; or if they are our featured venue for the month.

The area we cover is Chesham, Ashley Green, Chartridge, Chenies, Hawridge & Cholesbury, Ley Hill & Latimer, The Lee and the many hamlets in between.

Please note that the Visit Chesham and Villages project does not run events itself; but aims to be a useful resource for visitors and local tourism.

The project is officially supported by Buckinghamshire Council’s ‘Chesham & Villages Community Board’, Chesham Society, Chesham Connect and The Mary Portas Fund.
