A small independent free-house in the tiny hamlet of Whelpley Hill just outside Ashley Green. The pub was frequented by U.S. Air Force personnel stationed at nearby Bovingdon in WWII: the Officers’ Mess was a shed in the garden! A la carte menu and local beers.
