A guided spring walk by River Chess Association from  Chenies on Saturday 19th April (Easter Saturday) . Meet at 11am outside The Red Lion, Chenies, the walk will take about 90 minutes.

‘This is the time of year to be out in the woods, especially our ancient woodlands, to see the wild flowers that flourish before the leaf canopy fills and blots out the light. Spotted this wood sorrel yesterday along with, coral root, violet, wood anemone, bluebell, wild garlic and celandine. ⁦Delicate flowers, often in profusion.’
