But the main thing is to take part! It’s a lovely friendly atmosphere every year. \nHats Off Chesham! aims to provide a day of free entertainment whilst showing off what Chesham High Street has to offer\, both to locals and visitors from further afield. \nLots of stalls as well to buy goodies\, food and drinks; as well as our local shops and cafes. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Saturday 27 June\, 12.30pm–4.30pm. \nThe Bellingdon and Asheridge village fête is a great fun day out for the whole family. \nAs well as the fantastic cars\, dog show and all the stalls and games\, see something extra special\nThe RAF will be carrying out a flypast as part of its Battle of Britain Memorial Flight on Armed Forces Day.\nA C-47 Dakota ZA947\, first flown during WW2\, will fly over the fete three times between 1pm and 2pm.\nThe Battle of Britain Memorial Flight commemorates all those who have lost their lives serving in the RAF\, including the six crew members who were killed when an Avro Lancaster Mk III came down a short distance from the village hall site on 6th March 1945\, when returning from a raid in Saxony.\nAlso barbecue\, bar\, ice creams and teas and cakes.\nNB: No dog show due to the exteme heat – please leave dogs at home. \nBellingdon Village Hall\, HP5 2XU \nFree \nBellingdon is in the civil parish of Chartridge; one of the seven parishes covered by this website.\nFurther details see also Bellingdon and Asheridge Comunity Association Facebook page. \n
