Optional lunch afterwards with a suggested donation of £4. All welcome. \nThis beautiful church has hosted over 300 years of worship on the site. \nLenten 2026 recital dates and organists\n\n20 February – Gerard Anderson\n27 February – Frances Atkinson\n6 March – Georges Orme\n13 March – Peter Willett\n20 March – Martin Paxton\n27 March – Andrew Winton\n\nThe organ has been awarded a certificate Grade 1 in recognition of it being an outstanding example of a pneumatic pipe instrument made by Forster & Andrews in 1886. \nAll are welcome and admission to the recitals is free but donations gratefully received. Another free event organised by Chesham Connect – all welcome!\n\n\nCelebrating this old Chesham Tradition and bringing some fun to February.\n\n\nTeams of four will run a relay race but instead of a baton\, they will pass a frying pan and pancake\, each runner stopping to toss the pancake twice. The winners of each heat will go on to the next round\, building up to the final race. All for the honour of being the winners of The Great Chesham Pancake Race 2026!\n\n\n\nFrying pans and pancakes (don’t eat them!) for the race will be provided.\n\n\n\nSign up now!
